1. How does the My Ritual Box subscription work?
Every month, you'll receive a specially curated box with a new self-care ritual. The subscription automatically renews depending on your chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, etc.). You can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
You'll receive your first box within 1–3 days . All subsequent boxes will be shipped starting on the 20th of each month .
2. Can I buy a box without subscribing?
Yes 😊. In addition to subscriptions, we also offer one-time purchase options for monthly editions or special editions such as Advent calendars, gift boxes, or bath rituals . These boxes are generally only available while supplies last.
3. When will the boxes be shipped?
The boxes are sent once a month on a fixed date.
Depending on the date you sign up, you'll receive the current month's box as a welcome box before the regular shipping date . You'll always receive the current month's box.
4. Can I give a Ritual Box as a gift?
Of course! 🎁
You can either give a subscription or a single Ritual Box .
- For a subscription : Simply enter the recipient's delivery address during checkout. We do not include invoices in the box.
- For a different Ritual Box : You can optionally add a personal message and also select a "From (your name) for (recipient's name)" sticker. Then enter the desired delivery address (yours or the recipient's). We do not include invoices for this box either.
5. What happens if I change my delivery address?
You can update your address any time before the monthly shipping date . After that date, we can't guarantee that the change will be reflected in the current box—but it will definitely be reflected in the next one.
6. In which box are the orders shipped?
At My Ritual Box, we're constantly evolving our designs! This means the appearance of our boxes may change occasionally.
Our product images always show the most current designs, but variations may occur depending on stock availability. All our boxes are designed by My Ritual Box, trademarked, and colors may vary.
